  Lilipad Studio Returns Policy

All furniture sales are final.  That said, we are proud of our products and we value our relationships with people who make the choice to purchase our furniture.

Manufacturers' Defects:

Lilipad Studio stands behind all of our workmanship and materials. All manufacturers' defects are covered for a period of one year.  If your Lilipad Studio piece is defective in workmanship or materials, please contact us within one year of the date of purchase and we will replace it with a new part or product.

Please retain and reuse your item's original packaging.  Please return merchandise to us at the address below through a common carrier that provides a tracking number and also requires a signature for verification of receipt (for example, FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS registered mail).  Please ensure that your package is insured and that shipping charges are prepaid.  We will not accept returns via COD.

Minor Product Variation:

Lilipad Studio reserves the right to make minor changes in the design features of our products and in our materials and manufacturing methods. 

Because your piece was made by hand, it may differ slightly in appearance from the piece depicted on our website or in other Lilipad Studio materials.  Such differences are inherent in the production of hand-made furniture and do not constitute grounds for return. 

Returns to Location of Sale:

Returns of merchandise purchased from locations other than this site will not be accepted.  Merchandise purchased on this site cannot be returned to our retail partners.

Shipping Damage:

Claims for merchandise damaged during shipping must be made within 10 days of receipt of product.  Please report shipping damage to us using the information below as soon as possible, and we will provide you with a return authorization number and information about how to proceed. We will have the shipper pick it up from you within a day or two of your report and promptly send you a replacement item.

Please keep the packaging your damaged item arrived in - our shipper will only cover claims if they can examine the damaged packaging to determine that it was adequate.  Accordingly, repack the item with the same material and in the same way that was packed when it arrived.
